WOW!! CFL Lamps are all a LIE!!!?

I just did some research on something I had never given any thought to until now… I just installed solar power and installed some CFL 60 watt equivalent lamps that state 13 watt trying to save some battery power. I don't know for what reason I decided to actually read the lamp and noticed that it consumes 240mA at 120 Volts, Huh…. Let me think here a minute… I have spent over 30 years in electrical and electronics and never in a day has that equalled 13 Watts!!! So how long have all of you been using these CFL lamps as a cost saving measure and then never seen any real savings?? Well that's becuase this lamp rating is a scam… I surveyed several different makes of this so called 60 Watt equivalent and have found a huge difference in these lamps and none of which should state 105mA's at 120Volts… So another government hoax? or just a scam… I agree they use less energy but are NOT what they say they are!!! Anyone….Anyone…Anyone….
